Welcome to Solana Music. By accessing or using our platform at solanamusic.fun (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Solana Music (operated by Based LTD) is a music application built on the Solana blockchain. Fans buy credits and use them to permanently own songs in the app — each song you buy is minted as a collectible (a compressed NFT) to your own Solana wallet. Artists upload original music and earn a cut of every copy that sells.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
